The Heart of Nature bread is a WHEAT FREE product but it is not completely free of gluten. Traces of gluten will be found in RYE and SPELT grains. OATS, which generally are safe for most people with coeliac disease, unfortunatelly are produced in the same place as RYE and SPELT and therefore can become easily contaminated with these other grains as well.
